Track Order

Wondering where your order is? Here's how to follow its journey.

1. Order confirmation

As soon as you check out, you'll receive an email confirming we've received your order.

2. Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busier periods this can take slightly longer.

3. Dispatch & tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send a dispatch email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. Because our range ships from a few different fulfilment partners, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

4. Delivery

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days of dispatch, depending on your location and the item.
