Shipping & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then typically arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your location and the item ordered (up to 20 business days during peak periods). You'll get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a couple of photos of the item and the packaging, and we'll sort a replacement or refund — no cost to you.
